Training in Rice Conservation Methods 12 – 17 July 2023
Dr D Deb has given hands-on training in rice Characterisation and Conservation Methods, which includes methods of maintaining genetic purity of rare landraces since 1999 on Basudha campus. This is the only such comprehensive training given in Asia for rice farmers and conservators, and given in 3 phases. This year, the first of the three phases of this training will take place from 12 to 17 July, 2023.
This year’s training will be the last such training by Dr Deb.
